Return Policy:

• Return merchandise within 30 days of invoice.
• Please email for a RMA#, shipments will be refused without a valid return authorization.
• The authorization number must be clearly written on each package. If this number is not on your package, it will be refused.
• All returns must have a written explanation of why the merchandise is being returned.
• Please email Jillianleather@materialogic.com for RMA#, please do not call, we would like a paper trail for all returns, thank you..
• The items must be resalable
  • NO returns will be accepted unless the merchandise is in original cartons in new condition. Any apparel returned with the smell of smoke will not be accepted. Credit will not be issued for returned material that has been marked, altered, or abused.

    • We will not accept any merchandise that has been used.
• Customer is responsible for all shipping of return items.
  • We will refund the price of the product only.
  • Sorry, shipping cost will not be refunded.
• Exchange for size
  • Customer pays for shipping back to warehouse.
• All items are inspected at the time of shipment. If you receive an item that has been damaged, we will assist you in any way to file a claim with the shipping company. All packages are shipped with insurance up to $100. Once shipped from our warehouse facility the shipper will be responsible. All claims must be taken up with the carrier.
