Member must provide (1) all equipment necessary for their own Internet connection, including computer and modem and (2) provide for Member's access to the Internet, and (3) pay any fees relate with such connection.

5. Modifications and Interruption to Service

Brisol Holding Inc.dba JillianDistributors.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Member. Bristol Holding Inc.dba JillianDistributors.com shall not be liable to Member or any third party should Bristol Holding Inc. dba JillianDistributors.com exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Member acknowledges and accepts that Bristol Holding Inc.dba JillianDistributors.com does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.

12. Botnets

Bristol Holding Inc.dba JillianDistributors.com retains the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate any accounts involved with botnets and related activities. If any hostnames are used as command and control points for botnets, Bristol Holding Inc.dba JillianDistributors.com reserves the right to direct the involved hostnames to a honeypot, loopback address, logging facility, or any other destination at our discretion.

13. Processing & Shipping

We process web orders within 1-3 business days after receipt. Once the order is processed by our office staff, the order will ship within 2-3 business days. If there is a delay, you will be contacted with an expected delivery date. During November and December, shipments may take up to 4 or 5 business days before shipping. Once your items ship, you will be notified by email with tracking numbers.

We are not responsible for merchandise that cannot be delivered. The courier only allows three attempts before returning it to the sender.

14. DropShipping

We do not offer dropshipping.

15. Return Policy

We will accept returns on items within 30 days from the date of invoice. Please contact our office for an RMA before returning the product. All items must be in new condition and have tags, original packaging, and the original invoice. We will not accept merchandise that is not in the original packaging or has been used.

Customer is responsible for the entire cost of shipping on returned merchandise.

16. Exchange Policy

All size exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date of invoice. Please contact our office first for an RMA. The customer will be responsible for the full cost of return shipping. This includes the cost to return the item to our facility as well as return shipping for the new item.

All tags must be attached to the item and the item must still include all original packing and be in new condition.

17. Damaged Merchandise

If an item arrives damaged, please be sure to contact us within 3 days of item receipt. An RMA # will be issued for you to include on your paper work and on the outside of the box.

If an item becomes defective, withing 30 days of invoice, we will take it back for an exchange. No refunds will be given.

Our items are received in our warehouse in cases, and each item is sealed in individual plastic. Therefore, we are unaware of any items that are damaged. It is important that you inspect all your items when you receive it. All items must be returned with tags attached within 30 days of invoice. We will not accept any merchandise that arrives to our facility without tags attached.

You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse. When the returns are processed, we will ship you the corrected item. It will be the exact item and size that you originally ordered. We cannot make any size exchanges on damaged merchandise.

18. Privacy Policy

We are the sole owners of information collected on this site. All sensitive information such as credit card data is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way, this information is not stored where others may view your personal information. All information is kept in a secure environment. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or sevices. Under no circumstances will we share your personal information.We value your trust and if at any time you wish to opt out of future contact from us, you can do so by email or by contacting us by phone that is on the website. We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing and order, we'll use this information to contact you.

19. Other Terms

If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent. You agree that this Terms of Use Agreement and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by Bristol Holding Inc.dba JillianDistributors.com, in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition. This Terms of Use Agreement shall apply in addition to, and shall not be superseded by, any other written agreement between us in relation to your participation as a Member. Member agrees that by accepting this Terms of Use Agreement, Member is consenting to the use and disclosure of their personally identifiable information and other practices described in our Privacy Policy Statement[if applicable].
